They say only two things are sure about life - death and taxes. While that might be true, we think you could also add something else to that list: any movie starring Will Ferrell will certainly keep you laughing. Such is the case with a favorite to so many, Anchorman. This classic film starring Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd and Steve Carell has us all eagerly anticipating Anchorman II. To gear up for the big occasion, shop our hilarious line of Anchorman merchandise. It's a line that immediately resonated with plenty of us, "I'm kind of a big deal.” Enough said, as people still use this phrase today when joking with their friends. If you fall into that category, a wise choice is the Anchorman Big Deal T-shirt. The preshrunk T-shirt features newscaster Ron in his red jacket and blue-striped tie with a facial expression leading the audience to believe, he truly does think of himself as important. That same expression is seen on the Ron Says Truth T-shirt. Stating another favorite quote from the movie, `If Ron Burgundy says it, it's the truth,' the blue shirt will make you laugh just by looking in the mirror (which typically might not be a good thing). Although it doesn't feature Mr. Burgundy, a favorite scene is captured in the Lets Do This shirt, in which characters Champ, Brian and Brick set out to battle a competing news team. Other favorites include our Pants Party, Poster and Stay Classy shirt options. For Anchorman fans, we have so many greaT-shirts that it might be hard to select just one. Anchorman was released in 2004 and is Will Ferrell's take on the 1970s and local news. Ferrell plays Ron Burgundy, a San Diego television news anchor who is successful but acts bigger than his local television position. Burgundy does not suffer from low self-esteem. In one scene, as he looks in the mirror, he says "Mmmm… I look good. I mean really good." In another, he says "Let's go over the ground rules. Rule number 1: No touching of the hair or face. And that's it." Burgundy was a creature of the 1970s, believing women and minorities had their place and those places were not at the news desk. He eventually battles wits with a rival, the ambitious Veronica Corningstone, which is a focus of much of the film. This is the type of movie that produces many memorable lines that make for great T-shirts.
The T-shirts at Stylin' Online are colorful and comfortable, coming in either blend of 50 percent cotton and 50 percent polyester or heavyweight preshrunk six ounce cotton. All of the shirts have been screen printed with official Anchorman images on the front. It is possible that wearing these shirts will make you a big deal.
