Exchange Instructions

Below are the basic guidelines for making an exchange. Follow these steps to get the ball rolling. When I receive your exchange, I’ll do the best I can to take care of it for you.

EXCHANGE LETTER

If you would like receive an exchange, you must send the item back as follows:

2) A note that has your name, address, phone number and email address for easy communication.
3) Please be descriptive as to the exchange you'd like to receive.
4) The item to be exchanged.
5) It would be helpful to indicate an alternative selection as well.
6) $5 USD for return shipping and $10.00 USD for International return shipping (CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or CASH).


Please note: All exchanges must be returned to us within 30 day of the original purchase. We will do our best to process the exchange as long as we have the item in stock and ready to ship. Otherwise we'll make contact and ask for directions as to how we should proceed.
