Q.   How do I go about making an exchange or a possible return?
A.   Use these two links below. Please read and follow the instructions in order to get the process started. Please keep in mind that we will not return or exchange merchandise that has been worn, washed or dried for any reason.

Q.   How can I get answers to questions that I have or that are not on this FAQ page?
A.   If you have any questions, feel free to send them my way at orders@stylinonline.com. I'll answer them as soon as I can.

Q.   I accidentally selected the International shipping method for my order which is suppose to ship within the United States. How to I go about fixing this?
A.   If you selected the wrong shipping method ie. International (Outside U.S) for a domestic order or Priority (Inside U.S.) for an international order, I will make the proper adjustment. By default, an order shipping within the United States will calculate at the Priority Mail rate and an order shipping outside the Unites States will by default will be charged properly and ship via Global Priority Mail where available. We do not offer Express Mail option for International orders at this time.

Q.   Why can't I add an item to the shopping cart?
A.   If I am currently out_of_stock , permanently or temporarily, on an item, I'll make that item or size unavailable so it can not be ordered until it is back in stock.

Q.   What does the word "Sheer" describe as it relates to specific shirts?
A.   The word "sheer" is how we describe shirts that are specifically manufactured to be a men's shirt that is slightly form fitted. They do tend to run a little smaller than a standard t-shirt but that is how they are intentionally manufactured. They are sometime referred to as "Slim-fit" that are usually made to be much softer shirts.

Q.   What sizes are your shirts?
A.   All manufacturers do not use the same size chart when producing their respectives t-shirts. This Size Chart link is the specifications that are commonly used. Remember this is just an estimate of sizing and some variances will occur.

Q.   The sizes listed on the website are Medium, Large and X-Large. Are those sizes for adults, youth or girls?
A.   Unless specifically stated, the sizes are based on adult unisex sizes. The youth and girls shirts are listed as “Youth_Medium and Baby_Tees_Large” respectively.

Q.   I ordered two shirts that were qualified for the 2 for $30 deal, but the price on the order form was calculated at the individual price of $16.98 each. Why is that?
A.   The computer doesn’t understand that I allow the 2 for $30 deal to apply to many shirts that qualify for the deal price. They can be the same 2 shirts or 2 different shirts. It only automatically applies the discount if you buy 2 of the same shirts and that is why I have to change the price charged to your credit card manually after the order is placed to reflect the 2 for $30 discount. Shirts that are not listed specifically as $16.98, 2/$30, do NOT qualify for our 2 for $30.00 deal i.e. XX-Large and sheer t-shirts do not qualify for that deal.

Q.   How do you apply the 2 for $30 discount on three shirts?
A.   You must order in multiples of 2 items that qualify for the deal to get the discount. If you order three, 2 will be at the sale price and the third will be billed at normal price. It is recomended to buy shirts in groups of 2 shirts that must be labeled 2 for $30 to qualify for the discount.

Q.   I just placed an order and I would like to know when that order will be processed?
A.   We process orders almost everyday, so unless an item you ordered is out of stock, it will most likely be shipped out from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order.

Q.   How long will it take for my order to arrive at my doorstep?
A.   Usually, shipping takes only 3-4 business days for the Priority Mail option, 5-7 business days for the Standard mail option, 1-2 business days for Express mail option and International orders vary depending on the country but usually take 7-10 business days unless customs decides to hold your order. Theses shipping times are only estimates based on the normal Post Office shipping guidelines. The Post office does not guarantee these windows for delivery.

Q.   What is the CVV or Credit card verification that is asked for when placing an order?
A.   The CVV number is the last 3 digits on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and the small 4 digit number above an American Express Credit card. This number is mandatory for an order to be shipped as it tells us that you hold the actual credit card when placing your order.

Q.   I placed an order a couple of days ago and I have yet to receive and email or any kind of order verification. Why is that?
A.   My system automatically sends an email when we receive an order. If by chance you have entered an incorrect email address, you will not receive any emails from us regarding your order. Also, if you have settings on your email account that block outside emails from (orders@stylinonline.com) you may never get information about your order.

Q.   What types of payment do you accept?
A.   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. 1.   You must enter the correct BILLING ADDRESS and CVV # on your credit card or your order will be delayed until I have your correct information. 2.   If you select PayPal as your payment method, you must have a confirmed Paypal account. We will send a PayPal request for payment via PayPal’s internal request.

Q.   I live outside the United Sates. Do you ship internationally?
A.   Yes. However, I will not release an international order unless all address verification systems pass authentication.

Q.   How long does it take for my international order to arrive?
A.   In most cases, international orders arrive in 10 business days. However, some countries vary depending on their respective mail authorities.
