One of our strengths as an online retailer is turnaround time. We aim to please everybody quickly. Although that may not happen all the time, I am confident that we have you in mind when processing your orders. "Turnaround time" is the time it takes us to process an order once it has been received. We process orders 5 days a week and in most cases, your order will ship from our warehouses in 24-48 hours. Weekends don't apply to our shipping schedule as we do enjoy some time off with our families. If there is a problem with your order after you place it with us, we will make attempts to contact you, either by the email you provide or by the phone number you provide. If after a week has gone by and we still haven't been able to reach you, we will refund your money and cancel the pertaining order.

NOTE ON SHIPPING

Please be aware that these are all just estimated transit guidelines. The USPS states that Priority mail is an average of 3-4 business days for delivery from the time your order is processed and shipped.

The USPS states that Express mail is 1-2 days for delivery from the ship time. These delivery times may vary based on where you live in relation to our warehouse (we are in Michigan).

As a general rule, order today to be as sure as you can about getting your package quickly and before that item that you have been looking at may be sold out.

*Orders need to be placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time same day.

1 Standard (5-7 business days)

This option is the least expensive way to ship an order. These packages usually come in a small nondescript white envelope with your order. Most of the time these packages are small enough to fit into a normal sized mailbox.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free when your order contains at least $75 of merchandise! Please note that Standard shipping is only available for addresses in the United States.

2 Priority (3-4 business days)

This option is just one dollar more than Standard however this mail option allows us to use USPS Priority Mail packaging materials which indicate that your orders are marked for a faster transit time to be delivered. Although the USPS does not guarantee delivery times with this mail option, it typically takes about 3-4 business days to arrive in most of the United States.

3 Express (1-2 business days)

This is the option you'll appreciate when your order just has to be there in a rush. We understand no one wants to pay more than they have to for shipping a package but sometimes there is a time when the package is just that important to be somewhere by a certain time. As a result, we go out of our way to rush those orders marked for Express out on the same day (4:00pm Eastern Time) or the next business day where possible. With this option, that package will arrive the next business day after the item has shipped or the 2nd business day it the destination is a more rural location.

4 International (10-14 business days)

This is pretty self explanatory by name. All orders that are being shipped outside the United States are considered International and this is the only shipping option at this time. International method, depending on your Country's customs agencies, may arrive in a shorter amount of time, however we CANNOT guarantee any time because there are inherently too many variables that are simply out of our control. We will however still ship International and all other orders out as quickly as possible to ensure a speedy process.

UPS Shipments

If your package was delivered via UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping, please contact us directly for return instructions.

Item Condition

The item(s) being returned cannot have stains, odor, pet hair, etc. Please make sure that the shirt is folded properly, and is not wadded up. Please note that, if the shirt is in an unsellable condition when we receive it (due to stains, odor, pet hair, etc), you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item. Please make sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any extra costs.

Return Letter

If you would like to receive a return credit, you must send the new and unworn item back as follows:

All returns must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase. We will credit your account the cost of the products being returned. We cannot, however, return the shipping/handling costs related to your specific order.
